Anthony Paul "Tony" Wingle was born on July 9, 1983, in Detroit, Michigan. He was born to the union of Lawrence Wingle and Kathy Laverne (Truell) Wingle. He was raised with six siblings. Tony attended Monroe High School in Monroe, Michigan and although he didn't graduate, he was proud to obtain his GED later in life.
To provide for his daughter Tony worked in fabrication for Pioneer Metal Finishing in Monroe for several years. As long as the fish were biting, he enjoyed fishing no matter what lake or river he was on. He was an avid sports fan and loved all the Detroit teams but was drawn most to watching the National Basketball Association (NBA) because of his own love for playing basketball.
Tony was a very sociable person who never met a stranger and when he was with his family and friends, he was always the funniest in the group. He adored his daughter Addisyn and looked towards her as an inspiration to make more of his life.
