I am so glad that I have had the pleasure to be Elmer's friend and co-worker. They say that you should surround yourself with people that make you better and Elmer was one of those people for me. Monday is usually everyone's least favorite day of the week but I always looked forward to it because I knew Elmer and I were going to be catching up with each other all night. He was always asking about what I did with my family over the weekend and how my wife and kids were doing. He sincerely cared about the people in his life and will be deeply missed. Until I see you again my friend, rest in peace- Jason

Elmer was such an amazing man to be around. I always appreciated when I had the opportunity to catch up with him and talk about our kids, golf, and grilling meat. He also was the best Santa Clause that BCRC ever had. He will surely be missed by many. Rest In Peace Elmer.
