To Jim's family-

Remember James from our youth back on Minersville/Sanderson Sts. He was always friendly. Saw him often working the grounds around his church; blew the horn and he always waved back. The Beard Family has been etched in my heart all these years, because of their friendliness. I was always fortunate to know Harry & Mom, who I have special fondness for because of her kindness when I was recuperating from an Appendectomy. Richard was a classmate. God bless your family.

Patty:
So sorry to hear about your dad. My prayers will be with you.

Mrs. Beard and family
I will always remember James as the kind and friendly person he was. All of you are like family to me because we all grew up in the fifth ward of Pottsville. Everybody took care of one another. I send my sincerest condolences to all of you at this time. Celebrate the good times in James's life. May he rest in the arms of our Lord.

Eugene and Family

My deepest sympathy on James' passing. I had a chat with James last year at the post office. I still remember back in the late 50's stopping at the Beard residence on Minersville street on the way to the Frank Perry barber shop . Take care.
