LORETTA AND FAMILY,MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES FOR YOUR LOSS. ROSE

Words cannot adequately express the loss of a loving husband and father. In the four years that I knew John, it was obvious that he strived to provide for his family and be a good role model for his children. When I first met John, he warmly welcomed me into his family. He seemed to look forward to seeing and talking to me and I felt the same. John had a kind heart, wanting to help others and not having hard feelings towards anyone. He always spoke very affectionately of his wife, Loretta, and treated her with respect. Not long before he passed away, John reached for my hand, holding it tightly while his words touched my heart for the last time. John will be deeply missed. May his soul rest in peace and his family find comfort in the months and years ahead in knowing that John loved them.

My deepest condolences to John’s family
I was the kid that sat near John at Franklin school in first grade) first grade class. I remember him as a nice kid (especially at recess) but I moved away from Frackville before going into second grade. However my initial opinion of John’s people friendly aura was reconfirmed when I returned to Frackville in 9th grade.
That distinctive characteristic quality was reaffirmed when I talked with John at our Frackville High school reunion that I attended at the Lakeside Ballroom. I recall Skurno praising his close friend as well.
To his credit he has left an indelible imprint on many people. He certainly will be able to rest in peace.

Joh was a classmate of mine. God rest his soul, Lord, remember Your servant John who has fallen asleep in the hope of resurrection. Forgive him every transgression he has committed in thought, word or deed. Grant him peace and refreshment in a place of light where Your glory delights all the Saints. For You are the resurrection, the repose and the life of Your departed servant John, and to You We give glory, now and forever, Amen
