Steven W. Snyder, 64, of Orwigsburg, passed away Monday, Jan. 3, at his residence.
Born in Pottsville, on July 10, 1957, he was a son of the late Ethel Christine (Krasnansky) and Joseph W. Snyder.
He was the husband of Terry L. (Stoudt) Snyder.
He was a member of Faith Church, Orwigsburg, Second Mountain Rod and Gun Club, Deer Lake Fire Company and Reading Motorcycle Club.
He was formerly employed by Reading Alloys as a crew leader.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Snyder.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Jill Snyder and Scotty Snyder, of Orwigsburg; a sister, Cheryl Wagner, wife of Rich, Deer Lake; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, at Faith Church, with Pastor Doug Cresswell officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. At the family's request, memorial donations may be forwarded to Faith Church.
