Wendy Lesniak Obituary
She was the wife of Gregory J. Lesniak, to whom she was married 25 years.
She was a daughter of the late Lester and Mary Louise Heffelfinger Houser, and a 1982 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School.
She was the owner/operator of Wendy's Home Daycare, Tamaqua, for 16 years.
She was a member of Reynolds United Methodist Church, Reynolds.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Andrew Keer and his wife, Rachel, Tamaqua, and Jeremy Keer and his wife, Laura, State College; a daughter, Juliana Lesniak, Tamaqua; three grandchildren, Andrew T. Keer, Alexander Keer and Rowan C. Keer; four brothers, Jeffrey Houser and his wife, Dolores, New Ringgold, Gary Houser and James Houser, both of Tamaqua, and Kenneth Houser.
Funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday from Zizelmann-Roche Funeral Home, 500 E. Broad St., Tamaqua. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.zrgfuneralhomes.com.

Dear Lesniak Family,
So sorry for your loss. My Kassidy (Dude) spent 3 years with Wendy. We had our differences but stayed friends. Now Kas knows she has one SPECIAL ANGEL looking over her.

MJ and I are so sorry to hear about Wendy's passing. She was an amazing person and she also had a huge impact on MJ's life for the past 7 years as she she has so many other children! I can't say enough how terribly sorry we are.
