Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Karen S. Voigt, age 56, of Avon, who passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015. Reverend Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday all at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish prayers will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Monday at the Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Karen was born on November 13, 1958 in St. Cloud to Henry "Hank" and Betty (Schotl) Roden. She married her high school sweet heart Peter Voigt on December 3, 1977 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Karen worked as a Pharmacy Tech. She was a member of the St. Cloud Antique Auto Club.
Karen enjoyed trips to the cabin and car shows. She loved the time spent with her family, especially the grandkids and her cat Ms. Kitty.
She is survived by her husband; children, Keith of St. Cloud, Kristine (Stuart) Koshiol of Randall; grandchildren, Julia, Alexander, George, and Andrew; her parents, Hank and Betty; and extended family.
Karen was preceded in death by her grandparents; and brother, Kevin Roden in 2011.

Pete and Family , Words can't explain how shocked I was to hear of Karen's passing. Though we didn't stay in touch since we had worked together , I was blessed to know your family even for a short time. May you find comfort in knowing family & friends are there to listen. Pete and Family we are so sorry to hear of your loss! Karen is and was an amazing woman definitely a heart of gold and a beautiful person inside and out. She will definitely be missed by everyone who knew her. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Pete! There's no expressing how shocked & deeply saddened I am to hear of the loss of your wife & soul-mate Karen. Not that long ago we spoke of aches, pains, & health care at our age. My heart kept vision is of you & family, crawling out of the Formula 'S' @ the MoPar shows, with kids all enthusiastic, respectful, & polite, & Karen & you, ready to MoPar down into the night. We're blessed to have had you as a family unit over the years, and are here for you as needed, if you can pardon the tears. Mike.
