Kathleen L. Huben "Kathy", age 63, of Sedro Woolley, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016, after a brave battle with cancer.

Kathy was born to Ervin and Marian Skudlarek on January 25, 1953, in Minnesota, where she grew up and attended school.

When moving to Washington, Kathy pursued her passions of people and gardening, spending a large majority of her working years dedicated and loyal to, working at Tulip Town where she genuinely loved her work and equally loved the people she worked alongside.

Things she loved most were spending time with her children and most precious grandchildren, loving her sister and mother and gardening.

Kathy is survived by her children, Chad and Cassandra Huben, Cory and Marie Huben and Jay and Jessica Kelley; her grandchildren, Samantha, Trevor, Hudson, Cambria, Audrey, Grayson and Allicyn; siblings, Christy, Lori, Sharon, Butch, and Danny; her mother, Marian Skudlarek; life partner, Dan Lefeber and many dearly loved friends.

Kathy is preceded in death by Wayne Huben; father, Ervin Skudlarek, mother and father in laws, Herb and Viola Huben.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, from 1pm to 3pm at Chuckanut Gardens, 3533 Chuckanut Rd., Bow, WA.  Share your memories of Kathy and sign the online guest register at www.lemleychapel.com.
