Robert Lawrence Bolz, age 71, St. Cloud, MN, died Monday, August 7, 2017 at Courage Kenny Rehab, Golden Valley, MN.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Atonement Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Sauk Rapids, MN. Funeral arrangements by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Robert was born December 28, 1945 in St. Cloud, MN to Christ and Emma (Burski) Bolz. He married Barbara Hustoft on Augsut 25, 1973 in West Fargo, ND. Robert was employed by Franklin Manufacturing/Electrolux for 30 years retiring in 1996. He also delivered newspapers for St. Cloud Times, Minneapolis Star Tribune, and USA Today for most of his life, retiring from that in 2011.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Bolz of St. Cloud, MN; daughter, Cami (Shane) Theisen of St. Joseph, MN; sisters, Gloria Rogers of Howard Lake, MN; and Barbara Starr of Phoenix, AZ; three granddaughters, Graycee, Ariel and Kateri; and two great grandsons, Abel and Omar.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Margie Bolz.
