My condolences to Mark's family. I have fond memories of spending time at the Kelliher home on Union Street. As an Air Force dependent it was difficult to get a job in Portsmouth and Mrs. Kelliher helped me get a summer job with a family in Portsmouth prior to my going away to college. I feel very fortunate to have known Cecilia, Mary, Mark and Monica through my high school years. I am glad to hear the Mark had such a grand presence in and for Portsmouth. Bless you all. Mrs. Donna J. (Miles) Sullivan Class of 1966
I will be making a donation to the Portsmouth Music & Arts Center in Memory of Mark.

Mark was the kind of person that if I could find pease on earth, we would all be like him, he was so special. He was a good friend and I am blessed to have had a chance to get to know him. Myself and all the ladies of the clip joint barbershop remember him as one of our clients with a gentle spirit, never asking, just always giving.

Sending condolences to Monica, Cecelia and Mary on the loss of your dear brother, Mark, and Ben on the loss of your uncle. Mark was my brother-in-law, married to my sister, Maureen, and what a beautiful courtship and marriage they shared! Mark was always so kind to my mother, especially as she got sick and became home bound. He was very considerate about visiting her and taking her on outings. I know Mark is at peace and reunited with Maureen in heaven.

It was a blessing visiting your family as a friend of Cecelia's in our High School years.I had moved away and did not get to see you in later times but was so proud to hear of your accomplishments.
You have to travel ahead now and spend time with your family in Heaven. Rest in Peace Mark, well done!

Mark will truly be missed. I don`t think there is a thank you big enough to cover all that he gave to the City. It wasn't easy for Mark with the burden of challenging health issues...but forward he tackled so many issues with ultimately no complaints. I had the honor of working with him where I was reminded of 'Service above Self' every day through Mark's actions. Monika, what a nice family you are part of....and Mark....Thank You my friend.
