Dear Linda and Karen,
We are so sorry for your loss. Bill was "special" and we know you will miss him terribly.
Both my mother, Margie Russell, and I worked with him at Webb's so many years ago, and he became a very good friend to Mom.
He would visit her at home after she retired and they would chat about all the folks still at Webb's, so that she always stayed "current".
Even later in life, he would bring sunshine to her days with his visits. She always looked forward to seeing him.
Please accept our sincere condolences.

To all of Mr. Howe's daughters. We are very sorry to hear about the loss of your Father. Please be at Peace as your Dad is now in heaven with your Mom. Gail, your Dad had no quality of life and he loved you very much. Gail, I remember all the years of your caring for him and giving him all the love and attention that he needed. God Bless you! All of your acts of love, kindness and respect you gave your Dad over the years were commendable. You were always there for him and he knew it. Jim and I are thinking of you. Please take care of Gail now.
