Brandy Clark Obituary

Brandy Elizabeth CLARK Aug. 30, 1970 - May 5, 2012 Brandy passed away at U of W Medical Center with the very best of medical care, compassion and dignity. Brandy was born with a severe birth defect Spina Bifida and always tried to live life on the bright side in spite of her many health challenges. A special thank you to Dian Britt her U of W PA for l2yrs. "Hey Dian 3 liters of water a day-how about IV diet coke." You were always straight up with me! Brandy had a strong will to live and she would tell you it was all worth it. Total Living Concept has supported Brandy during her adult years, which gave her many amazing experiences. She loved her friends and would especially like to thank Sharon Ward and Jullianne Perkowsky for all of the laughs and wonderful care. Brandy's favorite things were baking cookies and playing cards at Grandma Clarks house (her BEST friend), lunch at the Olive Garden, going to the ocean, Crazy Eights - could play for hours and visits with Mom. Brandy is survived by her parents Marge and Dick Tibeau of Winlock and Dan and LaVene Clark of Ravensdale. Grandmothers Mary Hertzog (you bring the Dusty Burgers) of Wenatchee and Betty Clark of Black Diamond. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Brandy may be sent to Seattle Childrens, 4800 Sandpoint Way NE, Seattle, WA.

I am honored to have been Brandy's cousin. She was such a beautiful soul. She always made the best of things and was a true inspiration. I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her at Grandma's house visiting and spending holidays together. I miss you greatly, Brandy. I love you.

I feel I am a richer person for the time I spent working with Brandy, I loved my time we got to send together. She would always ask me how my son was and where he was when I would leave him at home with his Daddy. She'll always be the greatest inspiration in my life, to live life the fullest and stop complaining about stuff you can't change, and to be happy with what you can do and to always keep a good sense of humor. My greatest condolences to her family, I know she was well loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her! Im just glad I was able to have the privilege to work with her. She will always be remembered and loved greatly.

From Japan , I'd like to send my family's condolences. I remember when Brandy was born. Her Grand mother Betty Clark and my Mother Doris Day were Bridge club friend's for many many years. And I remember Betty telling Mom about Brandy's physical advances and set backs but we all prayed for Brandy and her family. We are so sad. From the Don And Doris Day Family!
