Dear Heidi: I was looking you up on the internet and saw this tonight. I only met your mother a couple of times but she seemed like a very nice woman and I am sorry to hear of her passing. I hope you are well otherwise.

Dear Stephanie and Heidi, We were sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was a fun and very talented woman, and a great landlady in our first place in Kirkland, WA. We loved our home there and sharing meals with Ethel and Heidi on their deck with the beautiful view of the mtns. Ethel was a good sport to let us have our puppy, Oly there with us. Ethel also introduced me to her neighbor and friend, Betty Johnson, who in turn introduced me to her daughter, Thea, who has become a life long friend.
Stephanie and Heidi, your mother was a wonderful cook and such a talented knitter as well. She had a great sense of style about her and we always looked forward to receiving her Christmas card telling us of her latest adventure. I know you both must have inherited many of her gifts. We send you our love, as we remember, Ethel.
I am sure she is at peace and watching over you and your families. Love and prayers, Mary and Greg Anderson
