My sincere condolences to The family in the loss of your dear love one. Please find comfort in knowing God is close to the brokenhearted and keeps our love ones in His memory. May the God of all comfort give you peace, strength and hope in the days ahead. (Jeremiah 29:11,12).

Thanks to his family for the lovely memorial service. I enjoyed the great stories about him, from the perspective of his wife, adult children, and brothers. I wish you all peace and laughter remembering Eugene.

I was shocked and saddened by Eugene's passing. We first met at Sir Richard McBride elementary school, then on to Gladstone secondary school. We shared a carpool ride in first year university at UBC, then lost touch, but reconnected at our 50th high school reunion last June. My condolences to his family.

I was a fellow student of Eugene's and graduated from Gladstone with him. My husband Bob and I were able to see him several times at the grad reunion weekend last June and were pleased to meet Sandi as well as we all stayed at the same hotel. It was great to reconnect after so many years and share memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Sandi, as well as your family. We trust that you will have many wonderful memories to comfort you in the days ahead.

So happy to have reconnected with Eugene after 45 years and to meet Sandi in June. So sorry that we didn't get more time to share experiences. I was a high school and UBC classmate and friend. Eugene was a brilliant student and good friend. We wish the whole family peace and comfort and the knowledge that you are all remembered and thought of fondly.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Wong on several occasions over a number of years. I always appreciated his manner with patients, his quality of exams, and ease with working with colleagues. I worked with him on December 1, 2017. He seemed his normal wonderful self. I was so sad to hear that he's gone.
I want his spirit to know that I am grateful for the time spent with him. I wish his family, friends and loved ones peace and love recalling memories of his life.
