I am so saddened by Jim's passing. He was always so helpful to me down at the lumber yard. He always allowed me to ask my dumb questions and he always had a patient answer. My thoughts and prayers are for his family and, of course, for Jim. Jim was one of the best.

Judy, Lisa and Lynn -
We were extremely sorry to learn of Jim's passing: our deepest sympathy to all of you in this difficult time, as our thoughts and prayers extend to you and the rest of the Sweeney family.
Although it's been 35+ years since we moved to California, West Seattle will always be home - and some of my very fondest memories from childhood involve cousin Jimmy giving me the "run of the lumber yard" for wood to make toy hydroplanes, which I gleefully pulled behind my bike --- Thanks cuz !
Take care and god bless,
