Kent Willson

Kent R. WILLSON 82, a former Seattlelite, died of pancreatic cancer at his home in San Francisco on February 6. He was a 1940 graduate of Roosevelt High School, Seattle, then served in the U.S. Navy during the closing years of World War II. He earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington. He worked for Seattle City Light, then held engineering jobs in various parts of the country. He also served on the board of Directors of 1st Republic Bank in San Francisco. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Jane and by his brother Rockwell Willson. He is survived by his brother Becker Willson and by several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service was held in San Francisco. Inurnment will be in Seattle at a later date.
