To the family of Millie Vizzare: The Carroll family wishes to express our deep sadness and condolences over the passing of Millie. She will be remembered as a great, Italian lady.
On a personal note I can remember Millie and Dom and family from my earliest memories. They were mainstays of the local Italian community and I recall their generous hospitality to me and my parents. I especially remember my mother commenting what a great cook Millie was - which was no small tribute from her. For whatever reasons, Millie was particularly kind to me - probably worried about possible undue influence from her nephew, Augie, Jr. On a serious note, those days are gone - but we can still treasure the memories of that community and their unconditional love for us. In many ways, with the loss of Millie , a large part of the heart and soul went with her. I know one thing, though, I won't let go of my memory of her. God Bless.
