Shigeko Uno Obituary

Shigeko UNO April 6, 1915 ~ August 10, 2007 Passed away peacefully in the loving care of her family. Preceded in death by husband, Masaru. Survived by children, Sheilah Tsuji, Naomi (Dennis) Sakamoto, Geraldine (Richard) Tanaka, Glenn (Ginny) Uno, and Deborah Uno; 17 grandchildren and 31 great grand-children; brothers, George Sese and Kaoru of Japan. She was active in many civic and community organizations. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 18th at 1:00 p.m. at Japanese Baptist Church, 160 Broadway, Seattle. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Providence Hospice, 425 Pontius Ave. N., Suite 300, Seattle, 98109 or charity of your choice.
