To our dearest Dray family. Vern and I have so many wonderful memories and laughs with Billy. He has been deep in our hearts and stays there. Vern is now terminal with cancer and I know the two of them will enjoy every military story they dig up. Some great laughs about their Dog Mascot. I too am counting down my days so soon I´ll make sure I´m part of the 3 Musketeers. Thank you for keeping Bill alive for us.

Bill and I go back to when we joined the Coast Guard together. We became glued to the hip from that day forward. So many stories I could share and they are all gut busters. My wife Bobbi and I love Bill deeply and the loss is overwhelming. Rest In Peace our dearest friend.
