1993 ~ 2014
Our beloved brother Mario Rodriguez age 21, left us too soon on October 14, 2014.
He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 6, 1993 to Alice Griego and Martin Rodriguez. He attended school and graduated from West High in 2011. He was employed for four years at Smith's Market Place where he worked alongside with his mother for two and a half years and had missed her dearly for the last year and a half.
Mario was full of life, compassion and love. He enjoyed camping, bullet biking and being with his family and friends.
He is survived by one sister Jenna Griego, brothers Jermaine (Beca) Griego, Richard (Anna) Griego and Frankie Sisneros, many aunts and uncles, three very special ones Mary Jane, Geraldine and Ovidio, two nieces Laya, Lola, six nephews, Jahmaine, Frankie Jr., Jack, Armani, Junior and Jordan.
He is preceded in death by his mother Alice Griego, Grandmother Sally Fernandez and baby Alex.
A Funeral mass will be celebrated Friday 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 715 West 300 North. A Vigil service will be held Thursday 7:00 p.m. at the Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may call from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Fly high my beautiful angel you will be truly missed. Be careful on that bike up in heaven "Frankie."

Mario, my heart breaks for everyone mourning your loss. Every time I think about you all I can see is that big beautiful smile. You & Shae were a match made in heaven, and you had so many people who love and care about you. I haven't seen you in about a year. The last time I seen you was at your job when you were telling me about the Halloween party you were going to be having. I'll always remember that smile and that positive attitude you sent everyone's way. You touched so many people's lives Mario. I hope you are now at peace. With love and prayers. Rest in peace.

We went to school together but it wasn't until you saw me throwing some Pepsi products at smiths marketplace when we officially met. I remember how surprised you were that I was pulling a big wheeler full of Pepsi products. You asked me if I worked for Pepsi. It was that day that I made such a wonderful friend. Although we didn't keep in touch as much as i hoped your passing brought tears and heart break. My condolences go out to your family. May God grant you all the faith and courage to keep moving forward.RIP Mario you will be missed. Gone but never forgotten.

We loved Mario dearly and he will be forever missed. Our family saw him grow up with our son, thru Jr High, High School, and beyond those years. I could never finish saying all the great and wonderful things this young man meant to us. We feel blessed, and privileged of knowing him and having him in our lives the time that we did. It is very hard to say good bye to that contagious smile, great sense of humor, and kind hearted spirit, that Mario meant to us. Our condolence to his family and May God grant you strength during your difficult time of sorrow and find peace in your heart's remembering the memories and times you spend together.
