David M. Ayoob On Nov. 26, at the age of 53, David passed away suddenly of a heart attack. He was the loving son of Norma Ayoob Webster and the late Bill Ayoob; stepson of the late Larry Webster. On Thanksgiving Day, David was awarded a Papal Blessing for community outreach in St. Kevin's parish. His generosity was never-ending and his heart was made of pure gold. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Kevin's Catholic Church, 704 Cortland Ave., SF on Sat. Dec. 9 at 2 pm. Parking available at 555 Tompkins at Prentiss. Thank you to all who signed this guest book for our dad. It is comforting to read the kind words from his family and friends.

Our dad was a wonderful person, and may we all try to be a little more like him every day - giving, caring, genuine, and happy. Thank you all so very much.

Dad, we love you and we miss you.

We loved David but did not know much about his personal life beyond his devotion to his partner and family.
After his service today we know more about how he touched so many people.
He really was a remarkable man.
Goodnight Irene...

I remember David as a young man; an energic, smart, kind person at our neighborhood's Ayoob's Apparel on San Bruno Ave. where I loved to shop.
Many years later I saw him at my nephew's very special wedding reception. Special because David and his partner did a superb catering job. David made a point of stopping at my table, and we finally remembered where we had previously met.
Best wishes and condolences to David's family and friends.

My deepest sympathy for Dave's family and freinds who love him. I am a friend of Daves beloved partner Leo.I live in washington state.Although I never met Dave, I did know Leo.I am so happy that Leo found such a wonderful caring and loving partner to share his life with. The entries so far in this guest book are very insightful of what kind of man David was.I regret I never got the chance to meet Dave.
