It's an Odd fellow in deed that helps the person in need. David Fullmer was truly an odd fellow. He loved and enjoyed life and helped everyone in front of him do the same.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marlene, and his son, Jack (Phyllis) and granddaughters Melissa and Sarah, 2 brothers, 4 sisters, and many nieces and nephews that he was very proud of. He was preceded in death by his brother Rick.
He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, and grew up in Hasbrouck Heights. Dave joined the Navy at 17 and served in both Korea and Viet Nam.
David worked 24 years for the City and County of San Francisco as a Senior Software Analyst. He was a natural leader and enjoyed many organizations. He is Past Master for Lebanon Pacific Lodge, past Grand for Apollo Lodge.
A memorial service will be held at Temple Emanuel San Francisco at 2 Lake at Arguello at 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 24.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave over twenty years ago at the City and County of San Francisco. He was truly one of the most enjoyable and competent people I knew. May his memory be a blessing.
