Edward Spencer Obituary
December 19, 1935 - June 18, 2022
Ed Spencer born December 19, 1935 in Santa Monica, CA to the late Edward Spencer Sr. and Dorothy Chapin, passed away June 18, 2022. His father was a pilot for Pan American enabling his family to live many places around the world before building a home in Los Altos, CA. Ed loved flying with his dad and soloed at age 16. He graduated from Stanford University, Yale Medical School and practiced neurology for many years in Petaluma. He resided in Novato since 1978 and is survived by his sons Kirby and Gabriel, grandchildren and former wife Nancy.

We spent time together in silence today thinking with love about our dear friend Ed. When we moved from the east coast to California Norris's priority list included introducing me ( Sally) and our family to Ed, his beloved, long term friend. Since then, we have treasured having Ed and Nancy as friends in our life journey. We send our sympathy and love to Gabe, Ashley, Nancy, and all the family. Our fragile health conditions prevent us from being in your presence but we wish we could travel to be with you in person. We hope your memories will help sustain you during this time of loss and morning.
