Frederick Kitt Obituary
Aug. 2, 1932 - July 18, 2018
Ted passed away peacefully at home in the presence of his loving wife Dorothy, at the age of 85. He leaves behind his devoted children; Donald C. Kitt, MD (Marisela), Donna Marie Kitt Juntunen (John Seybert) and Theodora Kitt. He was the cherished grandfather of Tom, Theodore and Kristen Kitt Juntunen, Denise Kitt Martinez (Lee) and Stephanie Kitt Myers (Mike) and the brother of RoseAnn Kitt.Ted was a retired Attorney at Law with a private practice in San Francisco, Regent Emeritus of the University of San Francisco, a member of the California Heritage Council, St. Ignatius College Prep., the Knights of Malta, and the Equestrian Order of Holy Sepulchre as well as a 60+ year member of the Olympic Club.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 10:30am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 2320 Green Street (at Steiner) in San Francisco. A committal service will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Colma.

Ted was at S.I. when I was at Lowell in 1950 and we passed the CA State Bar the same year in 1967. However, I didn't meet him and become friends until the late 70s, when we handled a medical malpractice case against each other. The rest is history.
Our hearts go out to Dot and the family for the loss

Fred Swanson, my husband passed away two years ago. With Dorothy,my cousin, spent our
early married life with Ted and Dot. Double dating, going to shows, movies, eating out and spending time at their summer vacation getaways. 50 years of being with them and never missing a Christmas day at their home with their loving family. Thea just a tot and Donna so adorable not excluding their
wonderful son, Donald. Those memories will remain with me forever. My heart goes out
to Dorothy as I know the awful loss when your lifelong spouse passes to the other world. Ted will be missed by me and our family because being Ted,a great and inspirational man. In Loving Memory,

Ted was our best man in all ways. We will miss him so much. He was one of the most brilliant minds in law and politics; and one of the best friends ever. His "let me talk" will resonate with us in all meaningful conversations and we will continue to be grateful for him.
