May 13, 1929 - May 6, 2025
God saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids and whispered, "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home.
After 75 years in San Francisco, our beloved father, grandpa and great-grandpa is going home. Though his journey took him far, his heart never left his hometown in Switzerland. Now, he will return to the place where his story began.
On August 16,2025 we will celebrate and give thanks for his life, his love and the eternal light he leaves within us at St. Hilarius, Catholic Church in Moerel,Switzerland.
We remain deeply grateful for the lasting legacy he leaves behind. Gustav is survived by his 4 daughters, Katharina(Stefan), Anna Marie (Christoph), Renata (Stefan) and Brigitta
11 grandchildren
Nicole, Sara, Mariah, Patrick, Ian, Nina, Celine,Sofia, William, Cecilia and Stella
And
5 great-grandchildren Remy, Coben, Hugo, Matilda and Estelle.
Thank you to all of our family and friends who supported our father throughout his precious life.
