Jim was one of a kind. I am so blessed to have known him these last few years, having met him through the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Association. I'll miss our movie talks, his laughter and hearing how proud of his family he was. I know he was also very fond of his volunteer work at Stanford and was delighted by the volunteer reward he received. My love and comfort to Avis and his family.

Very sorry for you loss. Always considered Jim a friend as we were room mates in Korea in 1963-64 in the Army Security Agency.

June 19, 2012

My sympathy to you and your family. I served in the same unit as Jim in Koea so many years ago.

My old friend Fuzz was one of a kind. Many years ago I worked under and along side Fuzz at Farinon Electric. Fuzz taught me how to balance hard work with hard play. We had a lot of fun together.
I know how much he loved Avis, how proud he was the day Kevin was born, and how his face would light up whenever I asked about Heather.
God bless you Fuzz and the Homan Family.
Hippy Jim
