October, 29, 1946 - June 7, 2015
Jerry Lee Carniglia was born October, 29, 1946 -- maybe! Like much of Jerry's life, there was intrigue, spontaneity, wit and fun attached to that date -- it could have been the 28th, given both appear in his records. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Jerry will be remembered by me for his sweet and kind heart. I am grateful for knowing his outrageously loving soul for even a short time during our Shamanic studies together. I love you, Jerry! Thank You for changing my life with joy.

I was a friend of Jerry's back in the 1960 era during high school. We had many good times racing on the Great Highway. When Jerry was not getting along with his parents (around 16 years old) my mother invited Jerry to stay with us for a period of time as he mended fences with his parents. One of the moments that I have a great memory of was riding in his 1952 ford down 7th avenue by Forest hill Station. The ford was not in the best of shape but a great ride for a young man. All was well until the hood of the ford took flight and landed in the on coming lane. That hood never quite fit as well after the flight! With no internet I lost contact with Jerry over the years after we both had gone into the military. I tried to contact Jerry after all these years just two months before he passed. Was unable to see or talk to him. God Speed

Having sensational memories of Jerry from our Lincoln High school days I have often think of him with a smile. I telephoned him several years ago to catch-up with the hopes we would get together in the short term. Unfortunately that catch-up never happened.
Jerry was a super intelligent personality who had the keen ability to make people laugh and just feel good, a pleasure to be with. After school many classmates would gather on West Portal (Al's Pizza) and watch Jerry do a man-on-the-street interview with people who really thought they are now on the radio, to Jerry gathering a crowd as he spoke in some foreign language to the parrot in front of the West Portal Pet store. and much, much more. Hysterical!!!
Jerry was so very unique, a wonderful human being in every aspect. Thank you Jerry and thanks for the memories.
My thoughts and prayers to Jerry, his family and friends.
