Joe was a good guy. He was my trainer when I first started with Child Welfare back in 1986. I also had the opportunity to work for him when he became a manager with the county. One of the nicest guys out there. Rest well dear friend.

Were it not for Joe, 55 years ago, I would not have met my future wife Joyce.
We double-dated many times, long ago.
Joe was a true friend.
All of us in the “AC” have lost a great person.
