Joseph Tallerico Obituary
Joseph Leonard Tallerico of Larkspur, California, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2021. He was born in San Francisco on April 9, 1932 to Leonardo and Isabella Tallerico. Joe went to St. Peter's Grammar School and High School and then graduated from USF in June of 1953. On February 14, 1954 Joe married his wife Clara who he met at age 19 working at The City of Paris in San Francisco. Joe served as a Lieutenant in the US Army from 1953-1955. He was stationed in Augsburg Germany. Upon completing his tour of duty, Joe returned to San Francisco where he settled with his family and became a partner at Good and Fowler CPAs.
Joe enjoyed his last years of life playing weekly games of Bocce and Pedro with his friends, frequenting the Meadow Club, and making his family laugh with his dry sense of humor. Joe is survived by his wife Clara, his children Elena and Leonard, his five loving grandchildren, and three great grand-children. He was an incredible husband, father, and Nonno. He will be missed.
Visitation Thursday, November 11th at Monte's Chapel of the Hills, 3PM-7PM.
Funeral mass Friday, November 12th at 10AM, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Larkspur.
