Linda Judge Obituary

Linda Diane McAloon Judge

Linda McAloon Judge passed away on July 5th 2017, shortly after her 53rd birthday, peacefully and surrounded by those she loved. She was the loving mother to Maddy Burggraf, wife to Alex Burggraf, daughter to Kevin McAloon, sister to Karen McAloon, "Auntie Flash" to Jack Fabatz and lifelong friend to Michelle Dado-Millynn of Australia. She is also survived by her mother and 3 other siblings. Linda was born in Torrance, CA. After attending South High School, Linda completed her BA at Cal State Northridge and was awarded her accounting degree from UC Berkeley with distinction. Linda took great pride in her work and was a respected member of the Wilson Meany team in San Francisco. Linda was an amazing spirit, fiercely dedicated to her causes, including protecting the environment and volunteering in school and neighborhood community projects. Linda had a great appreciation for music, art and different cultures. Her passion for travel took her all around the world, but there still was so much to be seen. She left this life too soon. A gathering to celebrate her life will be scheduled later this year.

I am so sorry to learn of her passing. I had hoped to connect with her regarding our geneology, as we are both related to Joseph and Elizabeth McAloon in the same way, just a different sibling! May your family know peace in this hard process.

I am sorry I got to spend so little time with Linda- it was clear as an incoming parent that she was special and she was a dynamo. Fortunately, I had the honor and pleasure of spending a year with her daughter, Maddy, and I am better for it. Rest in peace and know that your life was well lived.
