Louis (Juggy) Joseph Vasco

Louie, beloved and loving husband, father, uncle, father-in-law, grandfather and good friend to many, entered eternal rest November 11, 2015 at the age of 69 peacefully surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl, son Jared, daughter Dana (Jinkerson), granddaughter Victoria Jinkerson, niece Michelle Milam - Alexis, great nieces Kaylin and Maya Alexis.

Louie was born July 6, 1946 in South San Francisco, Ca. to parents Louis and Theresa Vasco (Mainz), and preceded in death by his sister Patricia (Benetti). He continued to live in South San Francisco his entire life. He attended All Souls Catholic School from K-8th grade. Louie was a graduate of South San Francisco High School and went on to attend the College of San Mateo. He was a member of Local 617 Electrical Union for over 40 years. He also proudly served in the National Guard for 6 years. Louie was a true outdoorsman. He was an avid hunter of elk, deer, duck, and pheasants. He was known as "Kingfish" to close friends for his love of fishing and abalone rock picking. Golfing was another favorite pass time. Louie also took pride in coaching his son and daughter's sports teams throughout their childhood. Louie touched many lives and we will truly miss him.

Visitation, Wednesday, November 18, 2015, 5PM-7PM, Garden Chapel, 885 El Camino Real, So. San Francisco. Rosary to be said at 7PM. Funeral Mass, Thursday, November 19th, 10AM, All Souls Church, So. SF. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.
