Louise Noroian Obituary

Louise Krouzian Noroian

02/14/1939 - 12/28/2016

Louise Krouzian Noroian, 77, a prominent San Francisco philanthropist, died December 28th in Walnut Creek. Born in San Francisco in 1939, Louise was a San Francisco native; she attended Lowell High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The University of California, Berkeley. She worked for KPIX Broadcasting as the Executive Producer of The God Squad radio show.

Louise was known for her philanthropic work in the Bay Area. She was the Honorary Vice President of the Board of Directors for Meals On Wheels of San Francisco, Inc. and was active with the German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California. She loved spending time with friends and family, including her beloved dogs. While she mostly resided at her peaceful home in Walnut Creek, Louise's heart was always in San Francisco where she also lived.
She is survived by her loving husband Steven Noroian, her children John Molinari, Lisa Molinari, Debbie Noroian Mitchell, and Jennifer Chapman, Sister Dr. Arlene Krouzian, and grandchildren Patrick, Rory, Anthony, Matthew, James, Noah, Emily, Tyler, and Natalie.

Memorial Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in her name, Louise Krouzian Noroian, to the German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California, Meals on Wheels of San Francisco or Krouzian-Zekarian-Vasbouragan Armenian School.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of our dear cousin Louise. Although many miles apart for much of our lives, we Zakarians have always felt the warmth of our relationship with the Krouzian family.

I am missing my friend and neighbor Louise. She was such a special person. Always there to laugh and cry with. She helped me through bad times and we celebrated good times. My heart goes out to Steve and her children, Lisa, John, Debbie and Jennifer and to Their families as we all learn to move forward.
