Michael Page Obituary

Michael James Page November 3, 1942 - January 12, 2009 Mike left this world to be with his Lord after his brave and courageous battle with cancer January 12, 2009. He was born November 3rd 1942, in San Francisco to Earl and Elva (Lacayo) Page. After serving in the US Army from 1960-1963 he returned to San Francisco where he met and married his loving wife Arlene. They later moved to Sonoma County with their children Michael and Kelly. Mike was a well-respected builder/developer of many fine projects and custom homes in Northern California. He loved life; always having endless energy. He and his wife could light up a dance floor. He loved the cowboy genre and enjoyed spending time with his horse Triscuit. He will be remembered by many loving friends. He is survived by his devoted wife Arlene of 44-years; his son Michael and daughter Kelly. He was very dear to his sisters: the late Carol Parks, Sue Hall (Larry), Linda Follard (Chuck); and his brothers: the late John Page, Brett (Sharon), Gary and Michael. He was also survived by his Binford Family in-laws: Bruce, Paul (Sandy); sister Beverly and the late Judy. He will be sadly missed by his loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin Thursday, January 15th at 4 p.m. at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City, CA. A Vigil Service will also be held at Duggan's Thursday evening at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, January 16th at 11 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 2555 17th Ave. (17th Ave. and Vicente St.), San Francisco, CA. Committal at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery will immediately follow the Funeral Mass.

My mom told me she read about Mike. I can't imagine - in my memory he is such a vibrant man so full of life and love for his family! I enjoyed a wonderful summer where I was lucky enough to feel like a part of this family. I am so sorry for your loss.

I was so sad to hear about mikes passing. You probably dont remember me, my name is Bebe Clem, You will know me best by my dad, Gordon Clem, I know it is of little comfort but I know the two of them are up there having a great reunion. For those of you left behind know you are in my prayers and thoughts as you go through this sad time. I hope you can remember the good time and smile on your memories as it does help even though it hurts. I wish you all well and as I know that you taking care of each other, at this time.
