I was so deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Rebecca. We grew up in the same neighborhood(Baird's Quarters) and attended school from elementary through high school.A wonderful person and will be truly missed by all of us. May God give the family peace during this difficult time.

I pray that the family will feel comfort like I have in knowing that absence from the body is present with the Lord. Rebecca was my very best friend from 4th grade at Forrest Road Elementary through our years at Carver High School. We shared so many firsts together. She liked coming to my house because it was quiet.I only had one brother and one sister. While I liked coming to her house , because it was so lively . She had a household full of sisters and cute brothers. Farewell,Rebecca until we meet again in heaven. Save me a seat like you did so many times when we rode Mr. Hill 's bus to Carver.

She listened more than she talked and realized more than what she said. A wonderful classmate, an endearing person and a positive role model.

Rebecca and my family lived in the same neighborhood thereby we attended the same schools (Forrest Road, Carver High). I claimed her as my friend because she was a good friend of my sister. To the Family I ask that you hold on and be strong. For the Risen Saviour conquered death and soon we will all be together again!
