My 4 siblings and I were St. Monica's students/parishioners. I saw the Del Bonta name and had recall of the Del Bonta family name. There were no Del Bonta's in my class but I think in my older sister or brothers class. I graduated from St Monicas in 1965. I am sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear of Ricky's passing. Ricky was a few years older than me but I remember when we all lived on 19th Avenue and then the family moved to 17th. I remember family picnics with great joy.

To Richard's family I want to convey my sympathy and condolences. I graduated from Bishop O'Dowd in 1971, when Richard was a young English teacher there. He influenced and guided my decision to attend Loyola University in Los Angeles. It was a terrific choice. Thank you Richard. Rest in peace.
