Robert Anderson Obituary

Robert Charles Anderson 1918-2006 Went home to be with his Savior Jesus on February 10, 2006. He was 87. Born September 27, 1918, in San Francisco, CA to Edward and Sarah (Sadie) Anderson. His life was spent working and caring for his family. He was an active church member in San Bruno for many years where he lived and shared his love of Christ. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jeanne Anderson (1940-1976); son Gordon Anderson; and second wife Patricia Anderson. Bob is survived by one son, Robert J. (Rita) Anderson, San Jose; daughter, Jeannie Finley, Sacramento; a sister, Frances (Louie) Maggioncalda, SF; five grandchildren: Sadie Cook, Ken (Jessica) Cook, Stacie Anderson, Greg Anderson, Heath Anderson; three great-grandchildren, Jessica Foster, Cole Anderson, Braeden Cook. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Private Burial has been held at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Colma, CA.

Bob was a very special man and I was blessed to have had the opportunity to know him. The wonderful family that survives him is a living tribute to his character.
