Robert Charles Morris

Robert Charles Morris 1943-2009 On Sunday morning Oct 18th, 2009, Bob (RC) Morris passed away after a year long battle with cancer at home, with his beloved wife by his side. Bob, was born in San Francisco on Aug. 13, 1943 to David and Theresa Morris. He was a star athlete at Washington High School, where he lettered in football, baseball and basketball. He played for the North in the Shriner's football game on July 26, 1961. In 1962, he moved to Los Angeles, to attend UCLA. He was inducted into the Washington High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 1992. Bob, resided in Southern California and worked in the mortgage business until 1982, when he returned to San Francisco to help his aging parents. After 24 years in the Bay Area, he moved to Gig Harbor, WA to retire with his wife Linda. Survived by his wife, daughter Erin, sisters Katherine, Betty and brother David, as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews, spanning the generations.
