Rusty Pendrey Obituary
March 27, 1945 - December 3, 2023
Joseph "Rusty" Lee Pendrey, 78, of Grass Valley, Calif., passed away on December 3, 2023. Rusty was raised in San Francisco (Lincoln High School, 1963) and taught elementary school in San Francisco at John McClaren, Buena Vista Annex, Buena Vista School, Lakeshore, and Clarendon. The public is welcome at 4:00 p.m., followed by a private service at 5:30 p.m.

Rusty was my 5th and 6th grade teacher in 1975 and 1976.
He was a incredibly intuitive teacher and believed one could learn as much outside of the classroom as they could in.
He is likely a great reason I trust I have any creativity in my soul.
Thank you Rusty I have and will continue to pass on your love for all and to all I encounter...
