Sharon Hile Obituary

Sharon Jayne Richardson Hile

Sharon Jayne Richardson was born to Harry Case Richardson and Katherine Ethelda "Totsy" (Savage) Richardson on September 5th, 1929 in Louisville, Kentucky and passed away in her sleep on November 25th, 2014.
Sharon was predeceased by her parents, younger brother John Joseph "Jackie" Richardson and her older sister Rosie Richardson Mueller.
Sharon is survived by her younger sister Patricia Richardson Thomas, Sharon's children, Mary Hile, Daniel Hile, Anne Hile Larson and John David Hile plus 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Sharon married Gilbert William Hile in 1946 and they left the West End gang of Louisville heading west to sunny California where they had a very adventurous marriage that came to an end after 20 years.
As a career Sharon ran the administrative offices of Bay Meadows Race Track located in Hillsdale, California.
Sharon took great care of and had much pride in her four children. Although she was known by those close to her as a stubborn woman Sharon was always there to lend a helping hand when it counted. She will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at a later date.
