Steve was my closest cousin and his Dad (my Uncle Nick) was like a Father to me while growing up as my birth Father died when I was 8 years old. I don't remember his Mom ( Aunt Peggy) since she passed away when I was very young, but when Uncle Nick remarried my Aunt Mary became like a 2nd Mom to me. I'm sorry to hear the news, but Steve is in our loving Heavenly Father's hands now. My condolences to Aunt Mary, Colleen, and daughter Melissa

I was too young to remember when Steve and I met. We must have been 2 or 3 years old. Our dads sold cars together. We never went to school together or worked together, but we always were close, and when we saw each other at functions it was like we saw each other every day. Whether it was discussing the Giants or retelling Nicks bad jokes we always had something to talk about. He will be missed. It is nice to know we have Mary, Colleen and Melissa to help us remember him

I was saddened to read that Steve had passed on. I've not been in touch with him since 1974 when we graduated from Riordan High. I do remember him as one of the good guys, he had no bias toward anyone group or anyone guy. He fit in with all of us and his personality rubbed off on us all.I'm sure he will be sorely missed but please know he will be remembered by the lives he touched even 45 years ago.

My condolences to Colleen and the Geracimos family. Steve was a larger than life presence, most definitely one of the good guys. I'm so glad we had a chance to visit a while back at your home in the desert. Godspeed, my friend

Dear Colleen, Melissa, Mary and Family-
I was saddened to hear of the passing of Steve. We both grew up together in Mission Terrace and attended Corpus Christi, '70, & Riordan HS, '74. We both worked law enforcement for 30+ years. Steve was in my wedding and I was in his. We had great times together. When he moved away, we kinda lost touch. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. May you rest in peace, "Buddy, Buddy"

I met Steve at C.J. #6 where he worked with my brother back in the day. He was a great funny guy always a joy to be around because you never new what he would say or do. But what ever it was you walked away with a smile on your face. God speed my brother.
