Thomas was born August 21, 1954, in San Francisco. He was predeceased by his parents, Lucille "Penny" Warren and Charles Warren. Thomas is survived by his children, Jennifer Warren, Joseph Warren, and Alexandra Warren, as well as his siblings, Pat Ferrando, Jim Warren, Charlie Warren, Mary Warren, and Billy Warren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with vigil service at 6:30 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 10:00 am, with burial services to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery at 11:15 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Thomas' memory to BreakthroughT1D, formerly the Breakthrough Type 1 Diabetes (Formerly JDRF) at breakthrought1d.org.
