To the Armanino Family,
I was very saddened to read of your father's passing. Several years ago I started my ravioli business. I had called upon your father to see if he could be a copacker for me. He told he couldn't do small production runs, but that he would be more than happy to be a mentor to me as I start off in business. Mr. Armanino had told me that years ago when he was starting out, someone helped and mentored him and now he would like to 'pass it on'. I met with your father several times to talk about pricing, marketing, brokers, etc. He was always very kind and patient and I will always think of him with great respect and admiration. I hope someday when 'My Nonni's' gets bigger, I will be able to 'pass it on' to someone starting out in business.

To the Armanino Family,
It was a real pleasure to have met Mr. A. He was always very nice to all the people. For him there was no difference regardless of position, sex, or race. He always made people feel important and part of the team. We really appreciated his speeches in spanish, he made us feel that he really cared for us (his friends of Production).
