There is no doubt about it, WOG was unique. He knew his own mind and he did his own thing. For those of us who were privileged to call him friend he was solid as a Rock of Gibraltor, always dependable, always caring, always a pleasure to be with. His life was long and fruitful, he will be remembered with warmth and pleasure.

In loving memory to my father. Dad, you were one of a kind. You never stopped reading, never stopped asking questions, you always asked "If you don't know... why not"? I hope those people who you knew will reflect on the depth of your character, I for one, always will.
Love , Peter
