29th Street has never been the same since the plumbing shop closed. Bill always had a dog treat in his file cabinet, a handout for those needing a little help, a warm smile and, yes, a cigarette. Missed but not forgotten. RIP

Bill was always there for me during my awkward stages of life. As I matured, I loved to debate with him. He had a great intellect, an open mind, unsurpassed generosity, and great compassion and love. Bill was an angel on earth and I know he is an angel in heaven watching over all of us. I am blessed to have had him in my life.

Bill was a great guy in high school, and again in the 90's, when we briefly reconnected. Had I not moved out of the area, we would have played many a golf game, and I would have greatly enjoyed his humor. He'll surely be missed, by all who knew him.
