My family and I express our deepest condolences for the loss of our dear cousin Billy.
He was such a gentleman that you only had to speak with him and you were rewarded with humor, engaging conversation and heartfelt warmth.
There was never a time when he didn't know a fact, figure or historical event, especially when it came to family achievements or college basketball. He had the most amazing memory.
I spent countless summers visiting the family and experiencing their generosity, positive energy and love.
As a young man, Billy once told me to work hard and always remember to enjoy a game of tennis, with friends or family. You can't ever be upset if you are on the court with someone special or enjoying a beautiful sunset. I try to live these words every day.
He will forever be loved, respected and deeply honored in all of our hearts.

Billy (CHICAGO)my wonderful god brother, and a awesome Uncle to my three boys.. will be TRULY missed!! He was loved everywhere he went ,filled the room with his amazing smile.. It was never a dull moment with CHICAGO in the building... Heaven just got a real angel, watch over the kids and the family Bro... My condolences to all that are affected by the lost of Billy. He was the Godfather to my daughter, Lanissa. Her dad, my late husband, Lloyd Rochon, Jr. , was Billy's cousin and he LOVED Billy. I'm sure they are happy reuniting in paradise.
