John Reischl Obituary

Reischl, John

John E. Reischl, age 93, found peace, Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Countryside Manor. He was born in Sheboygan, October 9, 1920 to parents John A. and Florence (Tousley) Reischl. John attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering and received his steamfitters certification. He was united in marriage on October 25, 1941 to Marjorie Carolan at St. Peter Claver Parish. He served his country in the US Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Randolf. John retired after many years from R.P. Honold.

He liked sailing, bowling, horseshoe and swimming. John had a great appreciation for nature and loved family gatherings. He was also an avid Green Bay Packer fan.

John is survived by five children; John G. (Antoinette), Jackie (Gerald) Ruppel, Patricia "Pizza" Reischl, Rosemary Hanville, and Kim (Jim Brunette) Reischl. Three grandchildren; Michael Reischl, Lisa Heinrich and Greg (Adriana) Heinrich. Two great-grandchildren; Peyton Reischl and Lucas Heinrich. Also loved by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Marjorie, and sister Carol Berger-Austin.

Private family committal will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name are appreciated.
