Krupp, Marlene

Marlene A. Krupp, 69, formerly of New Holstein died Saturday morning, January 2, 2016 at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center. She is the former Marlene Sievert, born November 10, 1946 in Sheboygan, daughter of the late Clarence & Gladys (Lindemann) Sievert. Marlene was a graduate of Kiel High School. On May 2, 1970 she was united in marriage to Daniel C. Krupp at St. Ann Catholic Church, St. Anna. Marlene and Dan farmed in the Town of New Holstein until 1995. Dan preceded her in death on March 22, 1998.

Marlene was best know for her upbeat personality and her ability to light up a room. She enjoyed laughing and especially enjoyed making others laugh. She loved the time she could spend with her children and grandchildren and was proud of all their accomplishments. Marlene was a fan of all Wisconsin sports teams especially the Badgers. She was a true animal lover and enjoyed the company of her pets and her families pets.

Survivors include her children; Dawn Krupp (Heidi Carlson) of Sheboygan, Doug (Sue) Krupp and their children, Colin, Nikolay & Anna of Oshkosh, Amy (Karl) Welch and their daughter, Isabel of Rhinelander and Tony Krupp of Appleton, her brother; Gene (Cindy) Sievert of Reedsville, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; Jerome Krupp, Joseph Jr (Diana) Krupp, Marion (Dick) Marsh, Barb (Dominic) DeAmicis, Liz Krupp, along with other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dan and a sister-in-law; Vicki Krupp.

According to Marlene's wishes, a private family service was held at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home. Burial has taken place at St. Ann Catholic Cemetery.

Marlene's family wishes to thank the staff and nurses at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center as well as the nurses with St. Nicholas Hospice for all the compassion and care shown to Marlene.
