Phillip Krugel Obituary

Phillip Walker Krugel

Sheboygan - Phillip Walker Krugel, born March 30, 1936 has passed away November 1, 2018 at the age of 82 surrounded by his family, all who gave him great pride. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia Krugel, his 5 children: Michelle (Randy) Blindauer, Matthew Krugel, Melody Thurman, Marshall (Linda) Krugel, and Marcus (Jennifer) Krugel; his 2 sisters: Sheryl (Don) Narducci and Sheila Ungethum. He also has 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, all who brought him much joy.

Phil was born in Antigo, Wisconsin and graduated from Bear Creek High School. He enlisted in the US Air Force for 8 years where he traveled to many parts of the world. He met his wife Patricia Elaine Blaney in Kittery, Maine in 1959. They returned to Wisconsin in 1963 to raise their family. He retired from Polarware after thirty-plus years. He enjoyed woodworking, reading, playing cards (especially Cribbage), and above all, spending time with his family. He was an inventive and very resourceful man, spending many hours with his family and grandchildren teaching them the lessons he had learned. He will be missed by many for his humor and smile.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no funeral services. Phil requested that no one cry over his loss, but remember to take care of one another, share a joke, and appreciate all the time you have. Condolences may be sent to [email protected].
