Sue Zimmerman-Fox Obituary
Sue M. Zimmerman-Fox, age 68, of Plymouth, WI, passed away early Thursday Morning (July 21, 2016) at Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility in Plymouth where she had been a resident for the past 9 years.
Sue was born on July 11, 1948 in St. Joe, WI, a daughter of the late Walter and Rose (Steffes) Koenigs. She graduated from Kiel High School in 1966.
On June 25, 1971, she married Mark Zimmerman.
Sue worked at Borden's Foods in Plymouth for over 40 years.
On April 25, 1989, she married Ron Fox.
Sue enjoyed watching Jeopardy (she would amaze people with her knowledge), collecting antiques, doing puzzles, playing Scrabble and SkipBo and always talked about her trips with family to Ireland and a special trip to Europe with her daughter.
Survivors include: her husband: Ron of Cedar Grove, one daughter: Jesse of Cedar Grove; one step-daughter: Heidi of Syracuse, NY and two step sons: Ron Jr. of Syracuse, NY and Rodney of Appleton; Three grandchildren: Elliot, Emerson and London; Eight brother and sisters: Barbara Merten, Marilyn (Lee) Alley, Judy ("Wink") Winkel, John (Lynn) Koenigs, Jacqueline Anderson, Paul (Kathryn) Koenigs, Peter (Sue) Koenigs and Jim "baby Jimmy" Koenigs; One brother-in-law: Tom Ausloos.
Also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents and one sister: Louella Ausloos.
Following Sue's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday evening (July 29, 2016) at 6:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 P.M. until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Sue's name.
