I want to express my condolences to the family. Cousin I have wonderful memories of you when we were younger and running and playing together and having so much fun. We didn't want you to leave us but GOD wanted you with him where there's no more sorrow no more pain. Rest easy cousin James you're gone but never forgotten. We love you . Your cousin Shirley Webber
